Beautiful photos, beautiful day.

When my husband and I decided to elope, we knew that the photos would be especially important for our family and friends who couldn't be there. We liked the idea of having Cary as our photographer because we were already fans of her work, from her book, Nantucket. Cary was integral in making our wedding day special -- and the photos are more beautiful than we could have hoped. We can both be a little uptight, especially for photos. But Cary's warmth, good humor, and patience put us at ease, and we now have gorgeous and relaxed photos that capture our personalities, the emotions of the day, and the beauty of the island. Cary even picked us up at our B&B, drove us to the beach for the ceremony, and afterwards drove us to several lovely, off the beaten path locations to get shots in a variety of settings. We had a terrific time with her and genuinely feel lucky to have had her.‎‎

Incredible wedding photos and experience...‎

One piece of wedding advice, book Cary right away. It was a true privilege to have Cary photograph our wedding day in June on Nantucket. Not only is she a talented photographer and artist, but she is such a joy to spend time with. Her positive attitude and bubbly southern voice is contagious. Most importantly, she was very efficient and brought out smiles in everyone. I completely trusted that she would shoot great photos of our wedding day and she exceeded my expectations. Cary captured each moment beautifully. She knew the perfect places on the island and around the reception to take unique photographs of us. It was truly an amazing day and we can't thank her enough!‎

The most beautiful wedding photographs‎

Cary photographed our wedding and rehearsal dinner (and has shot family photos for us many times) and all of our photographs are always stunning. But our wedding photographs were unbelievable. All of the photos were taken in a way that made everything appear natural and they all caught the emotions of the moment. There weren't photos of tables; there were photos of people talking, dancing, eating, having fun. Cary captures everything in a professional yet artistic way and always delivers a high quality product. We have 10 years+ of photos from her to prove it but our wedding photos were the icing on the cake (as cliche as that may sound)‎

Cary is Fantastic!‎

Cary shot our wedding this summer and besides actually marrying my husband and being with our loved ones, she was my favorite aspect of my wedding. I spent as much time with her that day, as I did with my husband, and LOVED every minute of it. She made the "picture hour" after the ceremony SO MUCH FUN. I am super controlling and throughout the entire process she always kept me at ease. Her work is incredible. I don't have a single thing I would change about my experience with her, except that I wish I could see more of her.‎
